Change of Mind

In the event of changing mind of the item you purchased from us, it is your responsibility to return it back to us unopened and unused and in the original packaging which must be in original saleable condition. a 20% re-stocking fee will apply due to the majority are special orders from our suppliers. Shipping fee is non-refundable. If goods were shipped for free, the initial delivery fee will be deducted.

Incorrect, Damaged, or faulty item on arrival

Please contact us within 7 days after receipt of the goods in the event of any damaged or incorrect item received; claims received after 7 days will NOT be processed. If you received a fault item, please email us in 7 days with photos and details of descriptions to enquires@dawnlux.com.au.
